Cassie Transue
Cassie Transue Realtor® and Productivity Coach at Keller Williams Real Estate.
With over 40 years of residency in Northeastern Pennsylvania, Cassie Transue calls the Poconos home, where she resides with her husband and two sons. She holds a degree from the State University of New York at Morrisville.
Cassie’s diverse career began after college, where she gained invaluable experience working with troubled youth and later as a correctional officer. Her deep passion for helping and communicating with others naturally led her to a 13-year career in customer service.
In 2015, Cassie transitioned to real estate, joining Keller Williams as a Realtor® and immediately discovered a deep passion for the industry. Within her first year, she achieved recognition within the top 20% of agents and has continued to excel ever since. In 2018, Cassie was honored as the Poconos Realtor® of the Year.
Beyond her success as a Realtor®, Cassie is dedicated to fostering the growth of others in the industry. As a Productivity Coach, active member of the Agent Leadership Council (ALC), and a three-time BOLD graduate, Cassie is committed to empowering new agents and sharing her expertise to help them thrive in real estate.

Lisa Gilmore
I am a proud Jersey native and a dedicated mother of three. For the past decade, I have had the privilege of calling Northeastern Pennsylvania my home.
After spending eight fulfilling years as a stay-at-home mom, I made the exciting decision to transition into the real estate industry in 2021 by joining Keller Williams. I began my journey in real estate as an executive assistant to Cassie Transue, where I gained valuable experience and insights into the industry.
In 2022, I took on a new challenge as an administrator for KSCORE, where I continued to grow professionally and deepen my passion for helping others. One of the aspects I absolutely love about my work is assisting people as they embark on their own real estate journeys. There’s something incredibly rewarding about guiding individuals through the process of entering a new career and providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. Helping others navigate this exciting transition is something I truly enjoy, and it brings me great satisfaction to be a part of their success.

Mark, a Junior Architect Apprentice from the Philippines, now serves as a Virtual Assistant to Cassie and Lisa in real estate. He seamlessly transitioned into the industry after completing his degree, taking on tasks like social media content curation and lead database management under their mentorship.
Mark’s background in architecture gives him a unique edge, allowing him to creatively craft content and edit videos for property listings and rentals. His keen attention to detail, honed through architectural training, makes him a valuable asset in the marketing and promotion of real estate ventures.
